School Clubs

At Holy Ghost we offer a variety of before and after school clubs for our children, offered by a combination of school staff and outside providers.

Our morning school clubs operate from 8.00am - 8.45am whilst our afternoon clubs operate from 3.30pm - 4.30pm. Children are to be dropped off and collected from the school front gate.

For the afternoon clubs, children will "ticked off" once collected. If your child is being collected by a different adult, please email the office to advise.

Internal Clubs: For internal school clubs, booking and payment is completed via Reach More Parents.

Childcare vouchers can be used for all Holy Ghost operated internal clubs. Please contact the office if you require any additional information. 

Holy Ghost is also able to offer bursaries to school clubs. Please contact the office for further information

External Clubs: For external school clubs, booking and payment is managed directly by the club provider. As the providers may vary from term to term, details are sent with the termly option list. Some providers may be able to accept Childcare vouchers and offer bursaries and you will need to contact them directly to confirm.

Extended Provision

We are delighted to offer both a Breakfast Club and an Extended After School Club, both operated by the external provider Fruity Club, giving parents additional support and flexibility.

The Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am to 8.45am, where children can enjoy a healthy breakfast and a drink before starting the school day in a calm and welcoming environment.

The After School Club operates from 3.30pm to 6.30pm and provides children with a hot meal each evening, as well as time to play, relax, and complete homework if they wish.
